Details: The VF4000 1-layer pleated paper filter is designed for RIDGID wet dry vacuum (5 Gal.s and larger) to capture everyday dirt and debris such as sawdust, dirt and typical debris found in a basement, garage or vehicle. The replacement filter can be slightly washed and, if dried properly, reused. Changing shop vac filters often is strongly recommended to increase the vac s performance and to help extend vacuum life as it protects the motor from harmful dust and debris. This product should only be used for dry pickup. This filter will fit your vacuum if your filter cage height is 8-9 inches. These filters are sure to help keep your homes air clean AND help improve your vacuuming. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR A WET PICK-UP.
